Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to all 50 United States and Washington, DC, including PO Boxes. US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are excluded. All orders receive free standard shipping.

Processing and delivery

Handling takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes 3–4 business days after dispatch. Estimated total delivery time is 4–6 business days; this is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Daily cutoff

Our order cutoff is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed at UTC−6 throughout the year, without daylight saving adjustments. Orders placed before the cutoff count that business day toward handling. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays begin handling on the next business day.
